Violence against women and girls in Mexico

The Museo de la Mujer invites you to the conversation Violence against women and girls in Mexico, today, in commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women ♀️🧡.

The appointment is this Friday, November 25, 2022 at 11 am. In this conversation, Dr. Guadalupe Valdés will analyze the need to implement enforcement and compliance programs to prevent violence against girls in schools and protection and prevention mechanisms in contexts of forced or servile marriage; Dr. Gloria Luz Alejandre will explain how in Mexico structural violence against women persists despite state policies aimed at serving women and girls who are victims of this scourge.
