The International Association of Women’s and Gender Museums (IAWM) connects museums, initiatives, and individuals worldwide who work at the intersection of gender, culture and social justice. We create a platform for exchange, collaboration and collective action across borders.
IAWM is an international network of more than 60 women’s and gender museums and initiatives across all continents. Together, we work to make women’s histories visible, challenge inequality and strengthen feminist perspectives in culture and society.
Our network brings together institutions and initiatives from all over the world. We support collaboration, share knowledge and connect local practices with global perspectives.
