The new exhibition at the women’s museum Berlin is called “scheinbar | offensichtlich” (apparent | obvious) and shows works by Yuni Kim and Dagmar Weissinger.

Der Titel dieser Ausstellung thematisiert Dialektik als künstlerisches Prinzip. Beide Adjektive beziehen sich auf
visuelle Wahrnehmungsvorgänge bzw. die darauffolgende intellektuelle Verarbeitung. Das offensichtlich Ersichtliche
einerseits, der getäuschte Blick andererseits – es gilt, den Hintergrund zu entdecken, das Hintergründige aufzuspüren.
